Casa Anjali is one of the newest luxury home in the town. With over 7000 square feet of living space, Casa Anjali was designed to leave a minimal impact to the surrounding rain-forest.
This three level artisan home is set amidst two acres of lush tropical, wild-life corridor rainforest. Such spacious privacy is rare, especially so conveniently located to all the best that Manuel Antonio has to offer.
Two Acre Private Estate
As you pass through the private gated entrance and guard house, you decend into the cool, lush rain-forest where the home is hidden among thousands of trees, shrubs, and exotic foliage. Anjali’s grand zen entry way invites you into the home with a glass tower stairwell. To the west are three stories of bedrooms, each with their own unique ocean and rainforest views, terrace areas, full baths, and walk-in closets. This section includes three king bed suites, two bedrooms with twins that convert to kings, and a swing-room with a double bed and optional day bed. There is also the solitary double bed at poolside; altogether accommodating up to 15 guests.
To the south of the grand zen entry way, the social wing is an expanse of living, dining, and kitchen areas with vaulted teak ceilings and designer furnishings. The gourmet chef’s kitchen, wine cooler, ice machine, breakfast bars, and entertainment center serve a variety of gatherings from intimate to grand. Nine foot tall folding window walls reveal magnificent vistas and draw you onto the wide terrace where high end outdoor lounging and dining furniture is conveniently arranged along the balconies.
Large Swimming Pool
From the lower level, swim and play in the infinity-edged pool or just relax and enjoy the view from the built-in Jacuzzi. Relaxation and enjoyment is inevitable with the numerous shady and sunny lounging locations on tile, teak, or lawn as well as a complete outdoor barbecue kitchen, drink station, dining area, and outdoor shower.
The entire villa is air conditioned by remote controlled units in all the rooms and ceiling fans for additional circulation. Security is provided 24/7. Safe boxes are available in all master bedrooms.
Walk to the Town
Casa Anjali is one of the closer homes to the Manuel Antonio National Park and beach and only minutes away from local restaurants, shops, and cafes in the heart of Manuel Antonio.
