Located on the ridgeline, Casa Bella Vista has frequent visits from monkeys, sloths, exotic birds, and spectacular lizards (and don't forget the frogs at night). Hundreds of species of birds have been spotted from balconies in this area. The lush jungle setting and breathtaking ocean views are truly incredible.

I really cant say enough about this place, we took our whole family down to Costa Rica 12 in all ages 7 months to 65 yrs and everything in between. Each and everyone one of us had the time of our lives! This home is amazing!! We actually stayed in early November of 2007, (sorry it took so long to post a review) We ALL still talk about this home and how much we enjoyed it! The people are so friendly we even adopted our own cab driver Gilberth, he was GREAT! If you get a chance ask for him, they all know each other! The pool was the most beautiful we have every seen. ---------- |
----------- We have made it back to Los Angeles and all we want to do is turn around and go back to Costa Rica! We had an AMAZING 11 day stay at Casa Bella Vista and opportunities to partake in many of the amazing activities of this WONDERFUL country. First, Casa Bella Vista was simply perfect! The house is simply amazing.... better than the photos could ever show and the monkeys (Titi AND White Faced) were frequent visitors...nearly daily. One of the white faced monkeys even took a tiny dip in the pool! As far as the arrangements went, Sani went above and beyond in every way. He made sure everything was ready for our arrival as pre-arranged and introduced us to Carlos, Yarelli and Amanuel whom all did an outstanding job of taking care of us! Sani is a new found friend in Costa Rica and he took time to show us around a bit... give us the "lay of the land" and even accompanied us on a trip to a beach near his home and a little known waterfall with a great pool to swim in! He did an outstanding job of assisting us by arranging outings to Manuel Antonio - setting up a guide that he really likes AND WE LOVED! Freddy was so knowledgeable and showed us so many things we would never have seen without him there. He as very personable and really made the tour fun and exciting. Sani also recommended and set up a tour of the Mangroves - again with a specific guide that he knows and again... his choice was perfect. Chino (the name he went by) was very good at spotting wildlife too and was also a lot of fun! We saw crocodiles and about 30 white faced monkeys! GREAT PICTURES! Sani certainly knows where to go, what to see and which guides to hire! All of which is the difference between a decent vacation and a vacation we will never forget! To sum it all up, we LOVED the house, APPRECIATED Sani (and the house crew) for making our stay perfect and providing a well rounded experience of this beautiful country! We will of course recommend your site to ALL of our friends headed your way as it was through you and your site that this AMAZING VACATION got off the ground in the first place!
