Once you arrive in Costa Rica, our knowledgeable multi-lingual local concierge will take care of all your needs, arrange the most exciting excursions, the most relaxing spa treatments, or the most delicious meals with your own private chef.
There is no additional charge for their service and you can rest assured that we work with the best, most reliable, and safest tours in town.
Friendly Maid Service
All of our Costa Rica villas include a friendly maid who will make sure your home is clean and tidy with fresh towels and fine linens.
Our courteous maids work discretely for several hours every day (the smaller homes usually don't need to be cleaned daily).
And yes, our maids even clean the windows!
Chef Services Available
Our excellent chefs are available for breakfast / lunch, and/or dinner at very reasonable rates. They have developed a reputation in town as a great cooks.
We recommend you save money by hiring our chef only for the meals you want. An 'all inclusive' price is really a waste of your money since most tours include a meal; you will want to try great restaurants in town; you may be on the beach for lunch; and, of course, you will always have left-overs.
Garden & Pool Service
Our experienced grounds crew keeps our properties, pools, buildings, and gardens in top shape.
Manuel Antonio is filled with exotic plants and endangered species. Our gardens are designed to show off our beautiful tropical plants which are also inviting to birds, monkeys, butterflies and other wildlife.
Weddings
Costa Rica is a beautiful place to have your ceremony, and our homes are very popular destinations.
CasaTolteca and Vista Oceana are both very popular homes for weddings and wedding parties.
We can put you in contact with a local professional wedding planner or simply have our concierge arrange a basic ceremony for you.
