Casa Las Nubes Description
Casa Las Nubes is a stunning new luxury villa with the Tulemar private beach. The casa is nestled in a Costa Rican jungle hillside in Tulemar Gardens of the Manuel Antonio National Park area. Designed by an award-winning architect, the sweeping curve design of the villa drinks in the lush jungle environment and expansive Pacific Ocean views, which can be enjoyed from private terraces on each of the three levels.
Private Villa
The large windows and open air design help to achieve a strong relationship between the natural surroundings and interior spaces. A pool feature extends throughout the main level, so you are literally 'walking on water' as you enter the home. The jungle is invited inside with the greenery and tropical flower planters spanning the terraces. Wildlife abounds - neighboring howler, white face and squirrel monkeys, birds, iguanas, sloths, butterflies and other exotic wildlife visit often.
Indoor / Outdoor Living
Casa Las Nubes has 4,500 luxurious square feet, including three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
The gourmet kitchen has been well appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range.
Guests have ready access to the house manager, Diego, who serves as your personal assistant throughout your stay. He is able to set up your tours and activity arrangements.
Maid and gardening services are performed daily. The landscape architecture around Casa Las Nubes and planter boxes were done by Donna Porter, a distinguished horticulturalist, who has been living in the Manuel Antonio area for six years.
She created our unique garden areas and has planted a multitude of fruit?ime, lemon, oranges, red grapefruit, guayaba, mamochin, papaya, cacoa, and a small sweet variety of mango trees below the house.
The large infinity swimming pool literally runs through the center of the home and is accessible from the kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Large outdoor areas flank the pool on the outdoor covered deck which includes outdoor living area and outdoor kitchen.
Environmentally Friendly Home
Casa Las Nubes has an alternative solar powered electrical system with 4 kw of battery storage with an Magnum inverter to supply electricity instantly when there are power interruptions.
Casa Las Nubes is also designed to catch and collect rainwater in three 1,320 gallon food safe containers.
The water goes through several filters and finally an ultraviolet system for further purification which results in the purest drinking water available for guests.
Hot water is created with solar panels located on the roof which circulates to an extra insulated 100 gallon hot water backup heater.
A Metlund quick demand hot water circulation system provides instant hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen.
Private Gated Community
Casa Las Nubes is located in Tulemar, the only gated and secure, 33-acre resort development in Manuel Antonio with its own private beach.
There are nature and hiking trails leading thru the jungle areas complete with plaques describing trees and vegetation.
Tulemar is abundant with wildlife, including all three types of monkeys, sloths, exotic birds, insects and other wildlife.
The private beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling and has free lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, and boogie boards for all guests to use.
