No need to send a risky and expensive wire transfer to Costa Rica.	- Remaining 50% - Refundable security deposit You do have the option of paying the security deposit in cash on your arrival if that works better for you.	Your security deposit is refunded Checks are cut the 1st and 15th of each month.

Remember, these are the most exclusive, most requested rental homes and villas in Manuel Antonio. Our homes can fill up months in advance. We recommend you contact us as soon as possible before someone else takes your week.
