Both homes are fully air conditioned and have incredible panoramic ocean views. Virtually very room in each house has unobstructed ocean views.
The panoramic view stretches from the world famous Manuel Antonio national park across the long public beach and up to the rocky shoreline of the Mariposa Peninsula to the north.

The villas are located 1000 ft from the ocean and are some of the closest luxury homes to the national park and public beach. The beach is just minutes away!
Handicapped Friendly
This rental home is one of the few luxury homes that has the garage, main entrance, main living area, the outdoor covered terrazzo and pool are all at street level and can be considered handicapped friendly. There are only three steps between the main living area and the first floor master suite.
