Your staff was wonderful and did a great job. We were greeted by them on Saturday with gorgeous flower arrangements and a huge basket of fresh fruit. The entire villa smelled of fresh flowers. I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked in and saw the view out over the lush rainforest and the pacific ocean and how perfect everything was.

We saw more wildlife and beauty from our balcony than we did in the park. It was wonderful and I would highly recommend your place to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We really enjoyed the stay at Casa Tolteca—it was wonderful. My son and his bride had a sunset wedding on the beach, and we had the reception (night-long party) at Casa Tolteca.
The location on the hillside overlooking the bay wowed everyone, as well as the convenience to the beach and shopping. The suites were furnished beyond our expectations—everything was first class and nothing was missing! Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at the villa and I can't thank you enough for all of your help and tips for a great vacation. The villa is just delightful and couldn't have been more comfortable. We loved everything about it. Everyone had a wonderful time, and the time, sadly, just flew by. What a perfect world it would be if we could stay there forever. My husband saw a chipmunk this morning and that showed just how far we've come from the exotic life we lived last week.

Marisol was a dream chef—the food prepared was delicious and there were enough leftovers each time that we never cooked dinner ourselves. Now that's a vacation! Evelyn was also very conscientious and her services made for a perfect week.

We fell in love with Costa Rica the minute we flew over it. The lights in the evening magnificently outlined the huge mountains like a well-lit Christmas tree. I had never seen anything so beautiful in my life. I knew from that point on that I was going to love Costa Rica.
We decided that we wanted to share this adventure with our family and friends and thought it would be a great idea to have our wedding in Costa Rica. I started looking online for villas with the intention of finding several in close proximity where I could house my closest family and friends. With the time constraint I was under to find a location for the wedding, I was feeling a lot of pressure. I found many villas and began emailing them.

The group and I had a great time during our visit to Casa Tolteca…so much so that we’re already talking about our next visit. The villa was perfect for our needs, and its location couldn't have been better. The views of ocean and jungle are extraordinary from every level.
Casa Tolteca is ideal for large groups in that it provides two large great rooms for community activities while affording all the privacy of four separate living suites, each with its own kitchen. We used the upper level as the “common area” where we gathered for meals. I truly enjoyed this aspect of the house.
There were seven of us. One couple had a bedroom with a king bed and the other five each had their own bedroom with a king or queen bed and as much privacy or community as they wanted. For us it was perfect—everyone was 100% pleased with their accommodations.
Casa Tolteca’s proximity to all the activities available in Manuel Antonio also is perfect. Within a short walking distance are restaurants, casinos, bars and discos—all the basic night life activities. So we could go and come on foot individually as we pleased, without worrying about “drinking & driving.” Within a very short drive of the house, or even a walk if one is up to it, are the beach, the park, a grocery store, ATM, and everything else one could possibly need while on a beach vacation.
In addition to affording easy access to the best of Manuel Antonio, Casa Tolteca is readily accessible to the attractions of the immediate area. Quepos and its airport are just a few minutes away, and wider area attractions such as the Rainforest Tram and the beaches of Jaco, Dominical and Matapalo are within an hour’s drive. But most importantly, CasaTolteca is a great place to relax while you’re having fun right there in Manuel Antonio.
The furnishings are fine and what one would expect for a tropical vacation rental home. In other words, the furnishings are not so luxurious that we had to worry about them but at the same time, they are comfortable, easy to maintain and attractive for the setting. The beds are accommodating, with the proper degree of bedding and comfortable pillows.

When Marshall and I visited the villas, we knew from the minute we stepped into them that they’re perfect for my large group of thirty to fifty people. And their location is convenient to everything, including other accommodations in case of overflow. There’s plenty of room immediately adjacent to the villas, so those who don’t stay in them can easily join everyone else in the villas.
The view from CasaTolteca is absolutely amazing! So we've decided to have the wedding and reception there.
Your concierge is also assisting me in planning my wedding, which is truly a blessing. He’s coordinating everything for me and taking care of all the logistics of the event. All I have to do is relax and enjoy the experience.
I couldn't have asked for a better place and I have you to thank for it. You have been more than generous in assisting us in this whole process. Even though my wedding isn't until February of next year, I know that I'm in good hands.
It comforts me to know that my family and friends will be taken care of when they stay at Casa Tolteca. This will be a lifetime experience for my fiancé and me, and for all our family and friends who will be lucky enough to spend it with us on our wedding day.

The pool and gardens surrounding the house are attractive and soothing. The gardens are natural and blend in with the local surroundings; nothing is out of place. The pool is perfect—just the right size. Not too big to be a distraction (we’re there for the beach, after all) and perfect for just cooling down or hanging off the edge while taking in the view of the jungle and ocean. The waterfall at the end of the pool is a nice touch, and the water cascading over the side provides relaxing music to the ear.
Your concierge is very helpful and available when needed. He makes sure things are going well without being “in your face.” In other words, he knows how to be there and take care of things (and us) while still being in the background. He arranged a tour of Manuel Antonio Park for us and our guide was great.
Our housekeeper did all that is expected in terms of housekeeping services. She’s professional, and she respected our privacy. Overall, she does a super job and has a nice personality. We also had a cook for brunch and dinner. She too did a great job and the food was delicious.
As you probably can tell from the preceding comments, we had a great time and we love Casa Tolteca. We've done similar trips to Acapulco and Tuscany, most often in Acapulco at a villa that caters to celebrities and has been featured in Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous. So we keep comparing this experience to that one. If we had to choose, we’d go with Casa Tolteca. Much of it has to do with the facility. The layout of the house is perfect to accommodate groups of six to twelve while maintaining individual privacy. Also, Casa Tolteca is cleaner and better kept.
Overall, Casa Tolteca is a great place and we’re very excited about returning soon.
Although I haven’t met you face-to-face, you two are a great pleasure to work with. I feel very comfortable doing business with you and have always felt that you've been totally up front and accommodating. You strike me as sincerely concerned about providing a wonderful vacation experience for others. I also liked the material that you sent prior to the trip: the brochures, the layout of the house, and so forth. Don’t change a thing in your presentation!
